Local Zoo - Dallas or Ft. Worth?

Dallas Zoo because I enjoy a challenge.. not to mention the REALLY long walks between exhibits....


Oh, who am I kidding.. FTW Zoo is one of the best in the country.

Thanks! I wish I could take the new 7D in, but then again I'd be more in a photography mode then game mode. Don't need that! I'll get plenty of pics at the FW Zoo on Friday!

OMG... do NOT go to the Dallas zoo. I took some friends there last week who were in from Ohio... I was sooooo embarrased. There were like two animals in the place. My friend commented, "This is a great place for a zoo... all they need to do is add the animals now.". S-U-C-K-E-D!

Ft. Worth Zoo rocks... went there two weeks ago and it's great.

It's been a year or so, but every time I go, I see someone with 300mm lens. Last year, a bunch of us from TPF went, and we all had "big" glass. I sure hope the FTW Zoo didn't screw everything up for us photographers.

I don't think this is a rule. I saw several guys running around with 70-200mm.

Things are looking real good now! Cowboys punked The Raiders and I found Thanksgiving dinner at Blackeye Pea! Now relax and watch the late game and head to the Fort Worth Zoo in the morning! I'm ready to shoot the 7D! Rock on!
