I would have voted for the B&W however it has too much dead space at the top. Also, with the cityscapes b&w's when framed it comes down to what the framing/matting will look like. For mine I go with double matting white/med grey and a black frame.

I like sepia, but with all the space above, it makes me think of a really smoggy city. I really like the first one. I think all of the blue space looks great.

I think if you desaturated the blue sky a little #1 woudl be my pick, but as it is I chose the sepia. IMHO the sepia conversion is better than the B/W, the sky is just too light in the B/W.
