Any wedding photographers aval. for July 1st 2006 - 11-10-2005, 12:16 PM

I'm getting married! and need a wedding photographer. If you are a really good wedding photographer and have shot more than 25+ weddings give me a PM with your prices and packages.

The wedding is July 1st 2006 in Arlington TX. I will need someone to shoot the wedding and reception.

Currently I am going to college in Houston, but will be coming to Dallas this Thanksgiving and would like to meet if available for a consultation.

If you have a portfolio online plese send me the link.

Thanks,
Stephen Pinchback

Stephen - Congratulations on your engagement! I'm not taking any bookings in May, June or July due to my pregnacy, I'm sure you'll find a great photographer. If you PM me and remind me, I have the link at home to a DFW FAQ site that some recent brides in Dallas have made with recommendations and websites and such for everything from reception sites to photogs to florists, etc. I also have a good friend who's a florist if you're looking for one.

Yeah, with this much notice, I would think you should have your choice of almost any. If you're getting married in Utah, I'd be happy to give you a killer deal!

First Congrats on the wedding! I didn't even know you were engaged!
I'm free...but I haven't shot at least 25 weddings. ....I'm sure you won't have any problem at all finding someone though. Like silvernic said...it's early enough.

too bad there's a 25+ minimum requirement cuz there are lots of great photogs here who I can tell will do better than some who've been in the business for a LONG time! Good luck in your search!

Good luck on your search. If you drop down the 25+ (feel as though I'm being carded!), let me know.

Thanks everyone!

The only reason I put a min. amount of weddings is because I want someone that is experienced and not some average joe with a digital camera and now thinks he/she can be a wedding photographer. I have seen way too many people like this and I DO NOT want crappy wedding pictures. I have no problem lowering the amount of weddings shot if he/she can prove to me that there are able to get all of the normal and creative wedding pictures.

Thanks
Stephen Pinchback

I'd be happy to shoot 2nd (or 3rd) camera for the photographer qualified enough to bag this gig. (If you need help that is, and I promise I won't trip the bride....)

That may be the reason for the 25+ restriction!

Heck, my work is nothing compared to some of the others on this forum - believe me.

Look through the gallery and the posts in the wedding section - you'll see some amazing work from members of this forum.

I don't think anyone has a problem with you wanting to screen out "amateurs", in fact, that is exactly what I would do. It's just that if you check the wedding gallery, there are several GREAT photographers that would do you proud but my not have met the quota and I would just hate for you to miss the opportunity to meet and or work with them. But, this is your wedding and your decision, so by all means do what is in your best interest......let us know is we can assist.....
