Over 12,000 live tropical butterflies from Central America and Southeast Asia will flutter throughout the Fort Worth Botanic Garden’s conservatory during the entire month

Thanks for the heads up. I might be interested if a group gets together. Mondays are out for me, and I can't get there until probably 1:30 or 2 on Sundays. Saturdays are better for me.

I don't know about the tripods, I have never been there. In the butterfly places I have been in, you really can't use a tripod anyway. You have to be moving around to much.

Did you see my street shot post ? | In the 'Conservatory' the walkways are pretty narrow. If very many people are in there a tripod would probably wind up being a problem. A monopod would probably be ok. In the rest of the Gardens a tripod would not be a problem. Except for the 'slow moving'.
