Today I took some time for myself and drove around the Frisco area. If you don't do that every three or four weeks you won't recognize anything because it changes very quickly.

Here are a few from today... hope you enjoy... and wholeheartedly welcome your feedback.

Very nice. Especially love the statue of the girl. Looks like infrared.

#3 & 5 are my favorites -excellent rendition of both. The statue is also excellent, and seems so appropriate with the cold and wind blowing. Thanks for sharing.

Here's another version of the woman pumping water... although I like the B&W, this is just a different "twist":

I HATE that I cut the bottom of her shoes off... not sure how I missed that but it ruined it for me.

By the way, this is a 7-image 2/3-stop HDR image created using HDR Max.

I lived in Frisco for 9 years, when 121 was two lanes! Really like all of the shots, the old building with the bench and the field with the bright but sky are my favs.
The pic with the bench...is that an effect of some kind?

These are great - Have you been by the Heritage Park, behind City Hall and Babe's Fried Chicken?

Yes, I've been over there a few times... but somehow I always get distracted and end up eating chicken-fried steak at Babe's. I tried shooting the train and some other stuff last week... but got bored with it and quit.
