I was out Sunday looking to find some new sites in the area to shoot.... I move and have not scouted out the area yet. I was not having much luck and saw in the sky a big smoke plume.
Well there was nothing else going on to off I went, just like an ambulance chaser......
This is what I found, the Haslet Fire Department was burning a house and garage, for training I guess.
Now it was HOT, I mean very HOT, I would have to walk away every now and then so I wouldn't burn my arms, I just had on a t-shirt and jeans.

All taken with the 50-200mm with the 1.4 TC on at times.
