Instead of Dallas or Fort Worth Zoo (both are great zoos, BTW), we visited the zoo that is a little bit far east. Do you know which zoo it is? It is the closest one that has Pandas.

The second pic of the panda looks like you freeked him out! Their all great. Hopefully soon I will get to start putting my new 20D and 28-135 IS lens to use and post some pics of my own. Just promise me I won't get flamed to bad by everyone.

Next time (or the third one), you may want to consider a refector to fill a little on the model's right cheek ...

that lighting class sure comes in handy!

Closest zoo I know of with Pandas is Memphis.

Great shots, I love zoo head shots.

The photos are taken at the Memphis zoo. The other 3 zoos in the US that have pandas are in DC, San Diego, and Alanta. We visited Memphis zoo during the first weekend of November.

xseption: Reflector is surely a good idea. Would you mind holding it real close to the (lion) model for me next time? Thanks! We visited the zoo during the morning.

JohnRushing: Don't worry about posting picutres, most folks are very good around here.
