Great location the next best secret

I would love some advice on a location in DFW. I can describe it:
It has an old light blue pickup truck sitting on dirt and hanging out of a covered area like a shed. There is an area with a wood porch- everything is old/vintage. A frayed wooden fence, a dock, an area with dirt path and trees.

This might be a long shot, but I am thinking Fort Worth. I am trying to do my son's 5 yr. session and have several other options, but thought I would throw this out there. Thanks in advance for any ideas
