I've shot a couple of sessions here this year. Here is the last set.

Wedding & Portrait & Photographer: Lyncca Harvey, serving Dallas / Fort Worth / Waco / Austin / San Antonio / Houston

Location:
Take Hwy 360 to Mid-Cities (from HWY 183 you take 360N).
Exit Mid-Cities, and Turn Right.
At Airways Blvd, turn Rt.
This will wrap around and put you back on 183 to exit the airport.
Right before getting back on the highway, you will see a big field on the right and a gravel road that you can pull off onto.

It is safe for children and a bit hard to get to, so it hasn't been beaten to death with people.

I've been there 3 times and at most there were two other families out there after I arrived. All 3 times I was the only person there when I arrived.

Nice pictures.
Just like to inform people that if they are on airport property they have the chance of airport police either asking them to leave or ticketing them. There are areas that don't have signs. I like to take sunflower pictures there and have had two times where they have surrounded me, questioned me, and told me to leave.

I wondered about that actually, but no one bothered me and I was there yesterday for 1.5 hrs.

It wasn't in the "pay to enter" areas. It was technically on 183, but I do believe its still "airport property".

I wonder if they are just letting it go with the bluebonnets there. It's pretty obvious that its innocent enough.
