WTBorrow: Nikon 70-200 2.8 VR (hold my 17-55 2.8)

First, I'm not sure if this is in the right section but it seems reasonable with the most potential for responses.

I am in a crisis right now. My credit card has not arrived yet so I can't use it for the deposit I need to rent locally for 2 of my best friends graduation. Is anyone willing to let me borrow/rent a 70-200 from them? As my deposit you can hold my 17-55 2.8 plus other items of value. I only need the lens for 1 day: pick up on Thursday and will return Friday.

I am in the DFW area, more specifically Plano.

Well I need the lens for Friday in Waco (Baylor graduation). I'm either leaving Thursday night after I get off work or Friday morning around 11am. So if I pick up the lens from you sometime Thursday afternoon I would get it back to you Friday afternoon. This follows if I picked it up Friday morning I would have it back in the afternoon.

I'll definitely be back Friday afternoon because my girlfriend will be in Dallas for some UTD graduations and we have to head to Houston that night (Friday night). So I have to come back to drive to Houston together.
