Anybody Catch the Premier of "The Good Guys" on FOX?

This is the new series that is being shot in Dallas, they are repeating it again tonight (5-28).

I recognized a lot of their locations, kind of stupid where they put the one guys airstream in Fair Park next to the Ferris Wheel, but otherwise the background locations were in Deep Ellum, The Cedars and I believe East Dallas.

They are pulling the same thing that Walker Texas Ranger did many times, driving down the road and all of a sudden be several miles away in a matter of seconds.

Heard also that a 3rd series, also on FOX, will be shooting in Dallas starting soon, the 2nd one shooting is for NBC.

One of the stars is Tom Hanks' son, too....just as an aside. I wanted to watch this to see if I recognized any of the locations. I love when they shoot stuff in Dallas, always cool to see it on TV! I missed the show, so I'll have to catch the encore tonight.

Several scenes in this first show are in and around Deep Ellum and there is one shot taken showing the old SEARS Complex-SOUTHSIDE now that is south of downtown as they drive on a highway.

Yeah, I saw the Southside in one of the commercials for the show and thought, "hey! I know that building!". It was neat!
