I believe it has been set up near the permanent Texas Memorial wall near the west entrance (Parry) to the park.

So there are two walls in the area this weekend-the FP is 80% sized and the FB is 60% sized (6ft x300)

The Fair Park wall is set up outside the Hall of State-you can duck into the HoS for cool air-bathrooms and waterfountains- and is set up in a straight wall. A few people there out in the eat this afternoon.
