Studio sponsor for Pinup shoot?

Any photogs in the area up to offering their studio space for a pinup photoshoot? The model is a local Spanish singer, but she does not work with lingerie or boudoir studios. She wants it to be strictly pin-up shoot. I'll be the photographer and you can shoot too. She has agreed to let the studio owner/photographer use her photos in their portfolio. She will be providing her own makeup artisit and wardrobe.
