Backgorund looks too busy. My eyes go towards the brown tree trunk opposite the girl. Maybe if the ackground was out of focus more and using some of the foreground branches to frame her. Just my $.02 Noe |

I think I would crop the bit of a person on the left out of the photo completely soften the back ground a little bit, adjust the highlights, shadows and the contrast.
