Parade starts at 10 am but the pre-parade line up starts around 8:30 and that is when you can get some great shots-I think they inflate the balloons very early and since it should be calm in the morning they should be fine. Also in DFW Chan 8 WFAA will broadcast the parade live. |

...and Plano has a parade the next Saturday. Not as fancy though. |
