2010 White Rock Marathon on Sun Dec 5th-New Start and Finish

The moved the start and finish to Fair Park so the course changes a lot at the start and finish. Here is the map:

Should offer some different shooting locations and a bit easier to get in and out of.

This can be real fun to shoot since you can be fairly well set up to catch the lead pack as it goes by once your past around mile 16 when the lead pack starts to pull away.

Hopefully no one will die from the heat this year like the lady did last year-it should be great weather except for wind which is murder on the east side of the lake.

Also this weekend Fair Park has all of the museums open for free including the new childrens aquarium and they have a Christmas light show-if you get into Fair Park before 8 am Sunday the parking is free but if you arrive after it is something like $10 a car.
