I will try to set some concrete times and places this week. I have been busting my butt trying to get my house ready for sale so everything else has bee put on the back burner.

Hey Evil,

If you need some help, let us know. I know how the house thing goes, it's not pretty (until it's sold).

Also, if there's interest I can show how the wireless setup works with the D2X and WT-2A and how I use them with a PDA and cell phone to upload images live from the field. We can also set it up to work in a studio environment (two different configurations).

Joe, I was hoping someone could show me how to keep the rubber eyepiece thingy from falling off my camera.

Here's an update:

I called the Coors plant and they do have a meeting room that can be used by non-profit orgs, but you can only use it on weekday nights (5:30 - 9pm), need a minimum of 35 people, and have to book 3-4 months in advance. All this leads to a no go on using the Coor's facility.

I can rent a large conference room for $240 @ the Lockheed Martin Recreation area. I have to check on times with them, but was hoping to maybe do it next Saturday (Jan. 28th). If we can get 20 people, it'll be $12 to come. I can see if they'll swing me a discount. The rooms have tables and chairs along with a digital projector. The facility also sits on the Trinity River, so if anyone wants to test out a lens there maybe stuff happening along the river to shoot.

I have a call in to check the availability of the room and see how long a daily rental really is.

You can check out the LMRA's site here:

www.lmra.org

If anyone has a better meeting location, please contact me.
