Dallas Indoor Locations? Downtown/Deep Ellum/ White Rock Lake/ Park Cities/ Uptown

Can anyone recommend great (and inexpensive/free) indoor locations in Dallas for engagement or bridal portraits?

The goal is air conditioning, just to be out of the sun, and get more than five minutes before the clients start sweating profusely.

Industrial/ Organic/ Traditional/ Unique ... are a few trigger words for ideas.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey John - if ya ever get a response, let me know. I'd like to shoot much of the same type of locations. I found a few cool places in deep ellum but, nothing that spoke to me in a way that said, 'you must shoot me or your life won't be complete' kinda way.
