I'd be interested (dependind on date/time/location). I have a new toy coming in soon, would love to learn from more experienced people.

Also I'd be happy to bring along my laptop (or two). Dell Inspiron 9300, 15" screen, 64mb graphics card. PS 7 installed. And I don't mind giving a person or two a ride from the North Dallas, Plano area (I'm at Frankford/Tollway), though the car isn't huge (cavalier).

I see this event is still drawing some attention. I tried to get this going earlier, but time became the limiting factor.

Unfortunately for me, between getting my house built, working my full time job, trying to increase my paid photography work, and my plant may go on strike in a few weeks (not me, but my work load will just about double); I really don't have time to work on this until after maybe May.

If someone is willing to take the ball on organizing this event, I would appreciate it. I will hopefully be able to attend, but nothing is for sure right now.
