Basement??? You are in DALLAS! Hehe - I work for a homebuilder and only about 1% of DFW homes have basements (ground is too unstable in this area for basements . . . ask the 1 homebuilder that tried them - LOL), but you will find LOTS of 3-car garages! Do you have more info on the workshop? |
