I'm thinking of going out to the Japanese Botanic Gardens in Fort Worth on Tuesday, February 7... and taking only a single prime lens, probably my 85mm f/1.8.
Anyone interested in taking a "prime expedition" ?

I'd be interested... Waiting on a callback regarding a possible assignment, but would enjoy meeting up if, or more to the truth WHEN it falls through. | | | |

The Azaleas may be starting to bloom with as warm as its been... and there are always structures, fish, and birds.

Assuming I don't get stuck at home tomorrow with a sick kid, I am planning to be at the Fort Worth Japanese Gardens front gate at 10am.
If I am there, watch for the guy in the black Hawaiian shirt with blue flowers. :)

I should be there...unless some unforeseen event happens...Also Brad, do you have a IR filter and if so, would you mind me using it a little? I am trying to get into IR but am not sure which route to go, either filters or Sony F717 or D60/300D converted to IR only. If not, no big deal it will still be fun.

Personally, don't care for IR much so no, don't have a filter. :)

Sorry I missed you. My shoot went from a simple hour to a 3.5 hour test of my patience. I love it when they say they want a few product shots and then bring the kitchen sink with them... | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
