Workshop with Liz Ashley - 02-14-2006, 11:57 AM

I am tossing around the idea of holding a workshop with Liz Ashley. Her OMP #39811 and my OMP#77733. It will be some time around the end of April or first of May. I am trying to make this a small workshop of around six to seven photographers. If enough photographers respond we might be able to add another model. It will be held in Ruston, LA. About a four hour drive from Dallas so it could be a one day trip for Dallas area photographers. It will have to be on a Sunday. Let me know if you are intrested and I will start working out the details.

Liz Ashley workshop - 02-15-2006, 09:41 PM

A photo of Liz taken at the location of the workshop. It's a great little place with room to work inside and a great court yard to shoot in.

She's beautiful and I'd be interested, but Ruston is so far.. and hard to justify.

We plan on doing some fine art nude photo's with a black back ground too start the day off. There are several large windows that over look the court yard that we'll use for some narural light photo's. Then out on the court yard for some work there. As for Ruston being to far from Dallas, if several photographers get together for the drive over it would be a lot easer then you think. Besides how far is too far to work with Liz Ashley. It's a pretty good chance to work with a very good glamour, nude model.

We may be able to add another model. She is OMP #27834 from Mississippi. I'll keep you guy's posted. So far this thread has gotten a lot of looks but few replays. Let me know if you'd like to attend.

I know it's not much difference but I've made the trip in six hours two or three times. I know that's a long drive but how far is too far to work with Liz Ashley? You could get another photographer to drive with you then it wouldn't be so bad a drive.

You have to look at it from our perspective... the cost of the drive, the overnight stay, and the workshop... with that kind of money, we could hire our own model to shoot with... Liz Ashley is beautiful, but there are beautiful women in every town.

Wow, those eyes!
I wish it was closer to Fort Worth/Dallas. Too bad you couldnt do the workshop around the DFW area? I would imagine that if you did there would be quite a few sign ups!
