You're a very good "guesser," Keith. Congratulations. The locale is in fact, Tarrant County College - Northeast Campus in Hurst. This is where I teach.

Unlike the Northwest Campus which has attractive architecture, the Northeast Campus looks pretty much like a community college, using a plain style of ordinary brick. Here's a color version of the same building:

thanks Bruce. . .total luck that I came that close. . .in fact my first thought was it was at TCU. . . but then I thought maybe the NW campus of TCC. . . must have been the same architect???

I teach the basic English courses -- 1301 & 1302 -- to students who all are required to take them, but 95% don't want to; talk about a hard sell and a tough audience.
