It was taken from Pioneer's Rest Cemetary where the Tarrants and a bunch of other formerly alive "pioneers" of Fort Worth are buried.

Finally there's one I know where it is!

On the lawn of the courthouse in Downtown Fort Worth. At least I hope it is because I took one of the other side of the horse and what it's standing on looks like the same thing to me.

Yes, Roy, you're right on. The sculpture on the east grounds of the Tarrant County Courthouse is: called Horse Fountain Water Trough, done in 1892 by an unknown artist.
