The "Lady" is on the Civil Courts Building on Houston Street surrounded by the Richard Haas Mural designed to look like the older Tarrant County Courthouse which is immediately to the east. Haas also has done the famous "Chisolm Trail" mural downtown and the newer mural on the east side of the Cowgirls Hall of Fame in the Cultural District.
