In town for Tiger shoot, got a few others... - 03-20-2006, 09:53 PM

So I came to Dallas/McKinney for that Tiger shoot, which is great. I got a few tigers I'm happy with as well as as a few others when I went out for shooting fun the next night with my brothers. The tulips are in downtown Dallas late at night, lit from spotlights on scene. Steeple is on the top of a very tall church downtown (didn't get the name) backlit by the moon. (As a side note, I was standing in the middle of the street with my 400-600 on a tripod in between traffic lights ). The tree is north of Frisco at sunset. Tiger eyes has tiger in b+w, eyes natural. Oh, the close up of the strange eye is the camel on the property of the PugMug (tiger shoot).

Thoughts?

Clayton, bravo! I like all of them except for that first tiger pic - it doesn't really do anything for me. But that is more than made up for in my mind by the first tulip shot - WOW! That one is absolutely beautiful - an outstanding picture from composition to mood to getting me thinking. It has it all. Congrats on the very nice photos.
