Hey guys and gals,

Here is the situation, been here now going on 4 years and still don't have alot of ideas of some of the better places to take a client to a photo shoot.

So I come here to get your recommendations and some background on what I am looking to do being the fact the client is a Male Model, I am on the weak side in posing as well.

This much I know so far depending on the weather we will be shooting next weekend, he is in the Arlington area and I am in the NRH area, no big feat but I am looking for something different, I know there are the stockyards and places like that, that could lend itself to a Male Model but where else would you suggest?

Needs to be outdoors, I know that he is a Construction worker about 25 and all I currently have at home is a Snapshot his agent sent me.

I plan on the shoot to be 2 hours at the most but as I stated I want something out of the norm, since he has absolutly nothing for his portfolio except for snapshots.

I know his agent wants Head shots for sure, which I have black bg to take care of that, but what are some other poses and or other places you guys could recommend?

Any ideas and tips on this shoot would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve

How about finding a housing construction site somewhere? Tricky to do it without drawing unwanted attention, though...

Could go down to the Ballpark for a sports feel...

More in chat....

Downtown Ft. Worth near the building they imploded has a fair bit of "constructiony" stuff going on. There's also a new something or other being built right next to American Airlines center in Dallas.
