I think due to our crazy weather you probably won't see the bluebonnets for another few weeks.

I FINALLY saw a patch of Blue Bonnets. Grant it they are not at EDS, they are on Loop 12 just after 408 from Grand Prairie to dallas. They are in the median.

Lack of Bluebonnets - 04-03-2006, 10:21 PM

I read that the Bluebonnet crop will be pretty dismal this year, due to the ongoing drought.

I've finally seen some bluebonnets around Fort Worth, but because they came up so late, they are several inches shorter than the grass/weeds/other flowers. No good for shooting. boo!

Past couple of weeks, the Bluebonnets are all along IH-30 going West from MacArthur to Collins as well as on Saturday past there was some Bluebonnets mixed with the Evening Primrose on FM 1382 (Beltline) between IH-20 and Camp Wisdom Road before you get to Cedar Hill State Park
