OK this may be a way for people who want to try to shoot live music in actual conditions for a reasonable cost.
All of these clubs are within a few hundred yards of each other so you can try your skills under different stage/lighting conditions. All of these places are pretty camera friendly since these are local/regional bands.

Lights would be rated from BEST to Least-Curtain, Galaxy,Liquid, Clearview, Reno's, Art with the Bacardi Deck probably having few if any but may be able to get some downtown skyscrapers in the background and the TAC room being an unknown new room.

So if you decide to go bring your fast glass and a flash w/difuser.
