I would like to go. I'm actually going Sunday to donate a few dollars. I work nights so would have to go Saturday or Sunday

They don't have any restrictions on camera equipment. I brought my 200-400mm VR in last year with monopod and they were fine with it.

I can't go next week but the week after I'm good to go.

The horses aren't running on Tuesdays. Race days are Wednesday thru Sunday, with some special holiday race days mixed in. Post time for first race on weeknights in 6:30PM and 1:30PM on weekends.
