Scarborough Faire - 05-30-2006, 01:07 PM

Here are the first few of my Scarborough shots. I went Sunday, and then had to go back again yesterday. I still feel like I missed countless shots. I shot almost 300 images which is about 3 times what I've shot at any one place before. I processed these to try and capture the fantasy feel of the whole weekend, what do you think?

Ditto what Mike said.

I like them all--# 6 is my favorite, but the blown out background is a bit distracting. I'm sure you could fix it; it may have been personal preference that led you to leave it.

Robert
I feel your pain. I spent all day there last weekend and shot a lot too. Came back with some really fun stuff. And, I had a great time to boot.
Next year we should definitely organize a photo trip there earlier in the season .....

Mostly a combination of gaussian blur, high pass filter, some fiddling with the channel mixer. Thanks for the compliment.

Yeah, I was of two minds with that. In the end, I left in. I was hoping it would add a backlit effect. Maybe it works, maybe not, LOL.
