I need to rent a 10-22mm or something really wide for a Canon 20d that is not a fisheye for a week. It cost a little more then $100 to rent that long and I don't really have any money
Anyway, I'm going to Seattle on June 9th and coming back on June 14th so the lens would be leaving the state. I will be taking all my photo gear with me except my alien bees so if anyone would like to trade a wide lens for some alien bees for 1 week we could do that or I could owe someone a favor.
If anyone has any other ideas feel free to send me a PM.

If this sounds like a desperate plea, that's only because it is.

One thing you can try (if you're desperate enough) is to rent a lens while in Seattle for just the time that you need it (if it's not the entire week). There's a few places in town that will rent. Here's an example:

Just a thought. If I had a Canon mount, I'd lend it to you in a second.

Here's Jake now Rental....why didn't I think of that?!

Are you going to be in Seattle the whole time or doing some touring?

Thanks for that link Joe. That place has TONS of stuff to rent!
I'm not sure how many days I will need it but maybe the whole time.

Pete; we will be doing some touring, my parents are giving us a tour of the rain forest, Mt Rainer and I'm not sure where else. We will be staying a few days in the mountains at a hotel or cabin...not sure where

Other places to check out while you are there include:

Deception Pass Bridge/Park

Skagit Valley Tulips...the festival was in April, but there may still be some flowers in bloom. It's very impressive.

The quaint little town of La Conner. A great place to relax and take some pictures.

Have fun.

Sounds great Jake! Gotta hit the fish market too. Nothing like a big 'ole fish shot with the fish!

That's the next lens I want to buy, sorry I don't have it for you to use. I bet you would get some awesome photos there with a wide angle.
