Anybody got Monday free?

I'm off tomorrow (Monday) and I'd like to go out and shoot a bit at some abandoned or otherwise obscure/forgotten locations in Tarrant County. I have some locations in mind or if someone else has some other ideas, I'm open for that. You can bring a model or two if you have them available. Anybody interested?

I SO wanted to take that class but but poor, starving artist me can't scrape $25 together at this time. Family went and decided they wanted to eat this week, for cryin' out loud! LOL

I went with Dokk today to one of these places at in Ft. Worth. Very interesting and great photo ops. You can see some of my pics at http://www.texasphotoforum.com/forum...774#post203774 to get an idea of what you might see.

I prefer to start our no later than 8am because of the light. 7am would be better but being Monday, traffic might still be a little tight so 8am would probably work out best. That early also works out because it's still relatively comfortable temperature-wise.

I'd like to go... my NORMAL days off are Wed-Thurs... but I don't have to work until 3P so maybe I can make one of these field trips one day soon :)

Are there any abandoned buildings like this in Dallas? I'd like to get some shots like this with models wearing our paintball clothing line (guys & girls) and our factory team (and individual players) for our website and our upcoming magazine ads & brochures.

Also, I'm sure there are alot of photographers on this forum that have better ideas than I do so if anyone wants to donate their time for practice & fun for their portfolio/gallery, you're more than welcome to come along and do a shoot. I can provide the models with clothing & gear as long as we can have a copy of the images in a CD.

I know that there are several locations in the Dallas area but I also know of a location in Ft. Worth that used to be a paintball place. Lots of painting on the walls like maps and rule lists, then there are the obvious splat marks all over the place. The only thing is is that this place is rather dark and you'd need to bring some lightweight strobes, etc. to shoot.
