Do any of you guys recall "Love photography", that studio there on main street in plano over by themagic shop? Just for grins, I was curious what that place rented for (the guy just retired). I figured it would be a lot, but had no idea! $3600/month. Holy smokes! Sha; plano is expensive.

Just think what a not so plain old place would rent for!

I'd certainly be interested in exploring it.

I'd certainly be interested if I didn't have to sell my arm to use ;)

Might be a little cheaper looking for less "commercial" places, and try something in an industrial park or something like that (I think something like where the Nikon GTG was held, but in the Plano area).

We are still looking at a couple of buildings. Nothing ferm yet.
All property is pricey in the Plano area.

Thanks for the response.

Count me in. I would be interested in renting studio space on an hourly bases. Have you seen the Office Warehouse spaces behind the Mercedes dealership on Plano Parkway and Fulgham (just east of Ohio)?

Yes, but they aren't AC cost 6-8k to install. Only the office has a wall AC.

Thats the ones on the left. Haven't looked at the new ones on the right yet.
