I have a bride that wants her session at the Gaylord Texan Resort, has anyone shot there before or have an idea what to do to get permission to shoot there?

I have worked out there before with my non-photography job and the people out there are really nice. They have a wedding planning dept which can be reached at 817-778-3300 or there site is http://www.gaylordhotels.com/gaylordtexan/weddings/

Security is VERY tight out there becuase of the type of events and people that stay there so it would be best to give them a call and not just "show up". I hope this helps.

There wasn't a year and a half ago...RIGHT after my wife's bridal shots, they implimented that. Lucky for us.

As David said, there is a cost associated with shooting bridals there. I shot about 5 family Christmas card photos there last year with little hassle from security, but I was just using my camera/550 ex flash and did not try to bring in any additional lighting. As it is not great lighting inside, I would suggest additional lighting if you are going to try bridals.
