Workshop - behind the scenes - 06-26-2006, 11:56 PM

While waiting for my chance at a model I would take some behind-the-scenes shots. Here are a couple that I kinda like:

Amy the makeup artist fine tuning Tara (added a touch of glow):

Tara posing with Crystal in the background (85/1.4, ISO800 - kept the grain as I thought it went with the image):

what can I say... - 06-27-2006, 12:27 AM

these really rock, Joe. Were we at same shoot? I do not recall having access to the dressing room...

Both Tara & Amy look special on #1. And #2 is solid as well.

Thanks! and no, I wasn't allowed to even glance in the direction of the dressing room.

This is when Amy was walking the sets doing touchups. She did one during my shoot so I shot that frame with the strobes going off (which I got busted for by Amy).

Beautiful shot! I wasn't able to come away with anything that good (in that outfit). It's cool when how you take an otherwise throw-away and make it into something unique and appealing.

I like it a lot.

Dang Joe! That 1st shot is supertastic!
Even if you had to break the rules, it was worth it.

Here are two of the masters (Joe and Scott) at work.

As you can see, I didn't have the luxury of a strobe.

Sorry, I may have accidentally used the extra cheese fries action.

Here's the original.
