While waiting for my chance at a model I would take some behind-the-scenes shots. Here are a couple that I kinda like:
Amy the makeup artist fine tuning Tara (added a touch of glow):
Tara posing with Crystal in the background (85/1.4, ISO800 - kept the grain as I thought it went with the image):

these really rock, Joe. Were we at same shoot? I do not recall having access to the dressing room...
Both Tara & Amy look special on #1. And #2 is solid as well.

This is when Amy was walking the sets doing touchups. She did one during my shoot so I shot that frame with the strobes going off (which I got busted for by Amy).

from behind all the softboxes... before anyone say's it's too soft, here's the EXIF data: 1/25s f/3.2 at 70.0mm iso3200 -- no sneaking strobes in

Beautiful shot! I wasn't able to come away with anything that good (in that outfit). It's cool when how you take an otherwise throw-away and make it into something unique and appealing.
I like it a lot.
