They have these free entry days every so often, normal entry fee is $10 a person.
They do allow photos to be taken for non-commercial use as long as you use no flash nor tripods. The art work inside is well lit so generally you will have little to no problems to shoot the vast majority of the collection hand held.
The collection does rotate through the holdings, I would say less than 50% is on display at any one time, so even if you have been there before things most likely will have changed since your last visit. If you have not been to this museum before it is well worth seeing. There is both an indoor and outdoor exihibition/display area.
