I was in the Dallas area (Allen) visiting my sister and taking my 15yr old to a concert, so I ventured into downtown Dallas to see what I could get. Thanks for the comments guys. The shot was taken from the Sheriff's Department's parking garage across I-35 East. After hours, nobody was there.  Mark, the light is from the post sunset sky. It was a few minutes after 9 (21:06:39 according to the EXIF). I wish I had gone to the Methodist Medical Center, on Colorado and Beckley, for a really nice shot of the tower with downtown behind it. Here's one of the so-so shots of the skyline. Wish I had a better angle. This was taken from I-30 and N.
