Tiger Shoot Pic - 07-28-2006, 02:07 PM

I was at Pug Mark Park this past weekend (7/22) for a Tiger Shoot. One of the pics I got was of Rocky laying in his water. Channel 5 is going to use the shot for a weather segment. They told me that they were going to try and get it on during the 8:00 broadcast Sunday (7/30) morning. I gave them some info on Pug Mark and I hope that they say something about it.

I had to share. Since this is the first time one of my photos could show up on TV I'm pretty excited.

Sorry - probably should have put this in the "Open Talk" forum, or the DFW forum. If it will fit better there, please move it. Thanks!

Actually, Daniel, I took the advice of several members here and set up an account with ExposureManager.com. I set up the site on Saturday and it is still VERY raw and basic. I'll be spending more time fleshing it out and sprucing it up later on. In the meantime, go to this link to see the image that I sent to Channel 5.

Tom - actually, I bribed Rocky. I told him that I'd toss Trey over the fence if he's sign the release. Rocky signed; Trey ran.

Channel 5 ran my pic of Rocky laying in his pool. The pic was on during the 8:15 weather segment. They have a spot called something like, "Dog Days of Summer". They mentioned Pug Mark Park and said that the tiger had commandeered a wading pool and that "no one was gonna get him out" (or something like that).

Kinda cool. This is the first time I've had a picture on TV.
