At the Gaylord Texan in November, an ice sculpture display, indoors. Specifically says photography is allowed.

There were a lot of us shooting out there last year. I think if you do a search here you can find some great shot of the ice sculpture.

My 30D shows an operating range of 32-104 F. I imagine I'll just keep it under my coat when I'm not actually setting up a shot.
