Arrow Grapevine, Texas - Two 1915 Houses - 09-15-2006, 10:40 PM

These two homes: The Stewart House (top) and The Wiggins House (bottom) were both built in 1915 across the street from one another. Although these houses used different materials, they mirror one another in their basic design.

More nice ones, Bruce. I hope you weren't wearing that hat while out shooting those pictures.

I really like Grapevine for its historical feel, and I've been through some neighborhoods where many of the old houses have been well kept. Some are rather small, but they're quaint nonetheless. When it comes time for me to move, and I have to stay in the city, I will probably be looking in Grapevine.

I like the TV dish on the roof. The house may be old, no rabbit ears of them!

Thanks, John. Recently, I started wearing this hat on all my photo outings, because before I felt that people were not taking me seriously enough as the true artist I am.
