That's lens flare from the flame just to the right.
It's inverted and flipped L/R, which is typical, causing it to be located diagonally from the source.
Bright lights inside the middle third of the frame are often ghosted.
Those further out will reflect to a point beyond the sensor/film, depending on your lens. |
