State Fair discounts are as follows;
Tuesdays $3 with a Dr. Pepper can
Wednesdays $1 with a three (3) can donation of canned foods, there will be a booth set up infront of the ticket booth where you make your donation and they give you a coupon.
Thursdays $4 or $5 (I can't remember for sure) with a Coke can,20oz bottle I believe.
These are the standard discounts that they run every year, however I usually check though before we head out. I did confirm them for this year.
Pretty cool when you can get the family in and parked on a Wednesday for the price of one regular addmission! Also Wednesdays usually aren't that busy so you can enjoy the fair, but it does get a little busier as the kids get out of school and people get off work.
