A bunch of horny cows.
There is a shop in the Farmers Market that sells longhorn beef, it is lower fat than say Angus because of the breeds genetics kept the cows leaner.

Had a friend years ago who had about 1/2 dozen longhorns on a small ranch that he owned, well things fell on hard times and he had to declare bankruptcy so the bank sent a wrangler to trailer up the longhorns. The wrangler gave up after two days since he just couldn't get those steers into a trailer with their horns and he called the banker and told him so. The Banker then called my friend, or he could have actually gone out to the ranch, and told him that he could keep his steers. This made my friend very happy since he had gotten most of them as calves and he said that they were actually very gentle and friendly just that they didn't realize that their horns could poke you if they wiggled their heads to much. (At the time the steers were around 4 or 5 years old).

BTW I love longhorns!
