Need HEB shoot location - 11-19-2006, 04:43 PM

I have a family photo shoot on Friday around 9:30-10:00 a.m., and I need a good outdoor locale in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford area that will work well for that time of day. It's supposed to be partly cloudy. I'm open to suggestions.

Hrm.. good luck. I'll be interested to see if anyone knows of any place. I live right next to the mid-cities and haven't found much in the way to shooting locations.

John, try the park in Wilshire, cant think of the street, I will look in the morning. It is on the N. side of the school that is on Wishire. Legacy Park in Arlington, is 6 miles down 157, The Boys Ranch on Forest Ridge and Harwod, Chisom park on Norwood, just N of Harwood. The old school on Bedford Rd. Just W of Central Dr. There is also a neat place on Pipeline, just W. of Forest Ridge, bottom of the hill. There is also A Park on the N side of that. One other spot that comes to mind, is on the S side of the Hurst Lbrary, on precient Line Rd. is a Gazabbo.

Thanks, David and Philip! I'm going to make a trip over there tomorrow morning to scout it out and come up with some ideas. I won't have much time with this family due to a couple of members having to leave around noon so I need to be prepared.

I briefly thought you were wanted to shoot in a grocery store.

The search continues. There's earth moving and construction happening at Wilshire, and I can't have that going on during a shoot.

That is a very good possibility. I'll scout it while I'm out today looking at another location. Thanks, Paul!

River Legacy Park is not that far away and you can find a lot of places to shoot there.

I went by the Hurst Library on the way to work, and the gazboo, looks like it might be just what you need. Be sure and check it out.
