Emergency!!!! Need someone to cover event Please RESPOND ASAP. - 11-21-2006, 06:14 PM

Hey guys and gals,
I am looking for someone to cover an event I can no longer cover on December 2, 2006 from 4-8 p.m. The prospective person needs to have lights be able to print at least 8x10 onsite, be very courteous, professional and have enough staff to help line of people move in an orderly fashion.

This event is going out to 30,000 subscribers and Non Subscribers of the Fort Worth Star Telegram and could net some really good money.

I have all the contract information as well as pricing that was set up by me but if you would like to change that I am not sure they would look to do that on such short notice.

If you can do something of this nature please contact me here or @ stephengibson@charter.net or 817-939-2480 with information and I will be glad to get you all the information you need.

Sorry for making such an emergency request so late but I can no longer handle this event.

Thanks,

Stephen Gibson

I am available, have been known to be courteous at time and I have staff. But I don't have a printer and I have never printed on-site.

Tom,
Sorry this is not at Lagrave field, this event is in North Richland Hills. Thanks though.

Don,
Unfortunatly that is the one requirement for this event is to be able to print up to 8x10 onsite. If you think you can do that with a fairly large size event such as this let me know.

Thanks again hoping to find someone for this.

I'm avaliable, and have a second shooter with printer. Will we need backdrops? Can you PM me requirements? If anyone else has a printer and wants a 2nd shooter, or help, pm me. I have done a lot of these in the past, but it has been awhile.

David,
Thanks for the interest in this event, since I have forwarded all the information already to DAVIDTXS and Pete Quinn I think they are going to be getting in contact with the interested parties.

I will let you know what I find out if they are unable to do this event.

Thanks again,

Stephen Gibson

Whoa....principal.

I was an all-state trumpet player in my high school days. I've since given it up, too many bad memories from UTA...but I could probably re-train in a heartbeat if I have the equipment.

One of these days...I'll come across a sweet old jazz cornet at a pawn shop that will beg me to buy it.

Wow... As I said... very impressive. Music is one of my loves but I am not very good at it... However... I enjoy it when I play (guitar) so it's all good (to me).

What orchestra are you playing with? My husband and I are both percussionists and have played with a few organizations around the metroplex.
