Feeler: Shared Studio in Addison Area - 12-07-2006, 10:59 AM

Hey all, I wanted to put a feeler out there to see if anyone would be interested in doing a shared studio space in the Addison area.

I'm initially thinking more along the lines of a studio partner, but would be willing to entertain other ideas as well.

I have already located some space that would work great, but haven't acted on it yet.

Interested parties please respond.

Addison tends to be high rent, but I'd be interested in what you had in mind. I've been kicking this subject around with others that might also be interested.

Thanks!

I thought so too, but the place I found is pretty decent, rent wise.

Like I said, I initially was thinking I'd like to have a studio partner. Someone who doesn't do exactly what I do (weddings, mostly) to share the space with full time. The office/meeting space is more important to me than the actual studio, but if I had a studio, I would use it.

I'm not opposed to a co-op type set up, but it would have to be set up pretty carefully to make it work right.

I would certainly be willing to kick around any other ideas you might have.

For me personally, the office space in not important--I'm just the opposite.
