I've seen one of those airplanes exactly once. Luke AFB... I don't know what he was doing there, but I didn't mind getting to watch.

The bright color threw me off too. I zoned in on this guy and didn't realize, from my poorly chosen vantage point, that the Stealth F-35 was coming up off of the runway!
