1/2 Price Books 20% off sale

I went to the headquarters and WENT NUTS- Will list the books when I come back, have to run to do an errand first.

Stiglitz, BRady, WWII, and others *some of these books were original list prices of $75+ and they had them at most at $29.98 and then 20% off that price! Yeah they may have been seconds (spines bent slightly but so what!)

Sale it through the end of the week at all stores and that is 20% off EVERYTHING including the high dollar collecatables- they had the Baby Butcher/Meat cover Beatles album there last week for $700 (didn't see if it was still in the display case today).

I just got back from the flagship store and got some books on Bollywood. It was so very packed.

I was there Saturday, I think, and heard about the 20% off sale coming up as I was in the checkout line- oh well.

I did pick up Roger Hick's MF and LF book for $10, though- closeouts, new book. And some engineering and Perry Mason books.

Yeah. They do that every year at this time. And one or two other times each year too. They even sell their 'Rare' or 'Antique' books at 20% off. I have bought some pretty nice old stuff during these sales. They usually know what the specialty stuff is worth, but once and a while they miss it and you can get some real bargain's.
