Possible assistant needed 1/13 4:00PM - 01-12-2007, 12:10 PM

I just got myself talked into a TFP shoot for tomorrow afternoon in the Turtle Creek area of Dallas. This is a full high fashion shoot with hair, makeup, and styling including two male and two female models in a large home. I just might need some help on this one with lights, reflectors, etc.

Is anyone interested in helping out? I can't pay you since it's TFP, but I'll buy dinner and maybe you can shoot some images too. I have to check with the clothing provider, but it's possible....

PM or call me at 972-849-8656.

Thanks!

Scott, what is the time frame you are looking at. I would drive over if I can slide my other commitment.

PM on it's way...

Thanks for all of you that have offered help.

I just looked at the weather and talked to the shoot team. We are going to have to stay in a holding pattern depending on driving conditions. Most of the team is in uptown, but one model lives in Frisco and I'm not much further south than that.

Those of you that are further than that and have offered to help, you might want to reconsider. I'm afraid if there is a decent amount of freezing rain, the conditions might not bode well for travel.

I'll PM everyone who offered help to discuss.

Thanks again to everyone who offered. TPF members ROCK!

BTW, for those interested, if we are a go, then I assume we'll be shooting for several hours perhaps until 8PM, then a bite to eat. I don't expect to get out of there until the 9:00 hour, but of course any assistant is welcome to cut out as needed.

I shoot too long and don't make all that many images. I've got to get better at that...

I have 4 wheel drive, and am a Yankee and know how to drive in inclement weather. Besides, all the bad drivers are off the road, and I can go really fast.........

And that, Ladies and Gentlemen is exactly why us "locals" stay off the road during inclement weather!

Go Yankees (not baseball cause that's boring )...I'm a native Michigan resident.

Unfortunately I have WWD (Wrong Wheel Drive aka FWD)... AWD in March though.

I have plans on Sunday but would like to see the pics after the show.

Sorry, but the shoot has been postponed due to weather. There is no way I'm getting stuck in Dallas tonight....
